Employee benefits strategy for Texas businesses

My home base is the Austin area, Texas. I work with clients remotely and in person, so wherever your team is along I-35 or around Houston, you get the same person from the first conversation through enrollment and the year after.

Austin and Round Rock

This is home base, so meeting in person is easy. Austin and Round Rock are full of growing companies, from tech and professional services to construction and healthcare, and benefits often have to catch up with the hiring. If your renewal just went up, your first plan no longer fits the team, or you picked up a plan in a deal, let’s sit down together.

Central Texas: Killeen, Temple, Belton and Waco

Central Texas runs on a mix of healthcare, education, manufacturing, retail and family-owned local businesses, with Fort Cavazos shaping much of the Killeen area. It’s a short drive up I-35 from Austin, so we can meet at your office or talk by phone. I can help when you’re facing a higher renewal, building a bigger package as you grow, or sorting out benefits after an acquisition.

Dallas-Fort Worth

Dallas-Fort Worth is the largest metro area in Texas, with corporate offices, logistics, finance, healthcare and a lot of growing private companies. Teams here are often spread across both cities and the suburbs in between, so it matters that a plan’s network covers where your people live. I work with DFW employers remotely and in person, whether you need a second look at a renewal increase, benefits that keep up with the company, or a plan for benefits you inherited.

Houston

Houston’s economy has deep roots in energy, along with a large medical sector, the port and shipping, and plenty of engineering and construction firms. The metro is spread out, so it’s worth checking that the plan’s doctors and hospitals are close to where your people actually live and work. If you’re weighing a renewal that went up, ready to outgrow your first plan, or bringing two teams together after a deal, we can start with a call.

Conroe and The Woodlands

North of Houston, Conroe and The Woodlands have grown into business centers of their own, with corporate campuses, healthcare and lots of local service companies. Many teams here live and work across Montgomery County and the north Houston suburbs. I can help you make sense of a renewal increase, build benefits for the company you are now, or take on benefits after an acquisition.
