HealthiestYou by Teladoc Health
Telehealth employees actually open when they need care
HealthiestYou by Teladoc Health gives employees one app to reach care from a phone or laptop. Depending on your plan design, that can include general medical around the clock, mental health, dermatology, expert medical opinions, and nutrition. I fit the package to your group, help with enrollment, and stay so HR isn't explaining the app alone.
I'm Matthew. I help employers along the Austin to Bell County corridor add HealthiestYou by Teladoc Health so people can reach care from a phone or laptop, not only a waiting room. Five care lanes. Clear packaging. Then I stay so HR is not stuck explaining the app alone.
Care that keeps up with the workday
Employees do not wait for perfect timing when a sinus infection hits or a skin issue shows up. Telehealth gives them a path that fits real schedules. You get a benefit people understand and actually open.
I name the product because clarity beats vague “virtual care” language. HealthiestYou by Teladoc Health is the platform I package for groups.
What HealthiestYou puts in one place
HealthiestYou is a Teladoc Health telehealth and wellness membership experience. Employees use one app to reach included services. Lanes and what people pay depend on your plan design. Services may vary by plan design.
The five lanes I talk through with employers:
- General Medical (24/7): Talk with a provider around the clock for non-emergency needs like allergies, sinus infections, the flu, and more.
- Mental Health: Support from a therapist or psychiatrist.
- Dermatology: Send a photo of a skin issue and get a board-certified practitioner response, with treatment or prescription through the app when appropriate.
- Expert Medical Opinion: A second opinion on a diagnosis, treatment, or surgery from specialists across many fields.
- Nutrition: Registered dietitians and a personalized nutrition program based on research guidelines.
That is the product job. My job is fitting it to your group and staying after launch.
How the work runs
- Hear the use case. Do you want everyday acute care access, mental health support, or a fuller wellness stack?
- Check the package. We confirm which HealthiestYou lanes fit your plan design and budget.
- Enroll and help people use the app. Clear launch materials. Help for first logins and common questions.
- Stay with HR. Mid-year questions, new hires, and renewal stay with me in the Austin area.
One honest limits line: included lanes and employee cost sharing depend on plan design. We confirm yours before anyone enrolls.
Who this is for
- Employers who want faster access to everyday care without replacing medical.
- Teams adding a high-utility benefit people can explain in one sentence.
- Companies in growth or post-acquisition mode that need something easy to roll out.
- Owners and HR tired of being the only answer when someone asks “who do I call?”
I work from the Austin area across Killeen, Belton, Temple, Bell County, and the Austin corridor. I can also help employers outside of Texas.

Plain-language answers
Questions people ask before the next step
What is HealthiestYou by Teladoc Health?
HealthiestYou is a Teladoc Health membership-style telehealth and wellness product. Employees connect with U.S. board-certified providers through a single app for the lanes included in your plan design.
Which care lanes can employees use?
The five lanes I package around are General Medical 24/7, Mental Health, Dermatology, Expert Medical Opinion, and Nutrition. Which lanes are included, and what employees pay, depend on your plan design.
Do you promise $0 visits or lower sick days?
No. Visit cost sharing depends on how the plan is designed. I will not promise $0 visits, lower absenteeism, or lower medical spend. Those outcomes are not guaranteed.
Does every group get every lane?
Not automatically. Services may vary by plan design and employer. We confirm what your package includes before enrollment materials go out.
Who provides the clinical care?
Teladoc Health clinicians provide care. I do not practice medicine. My job is packaging, enrollment help, and year-round questions for HR and employees.
Can we add this beside medical, dental, and voluntary?
Yes. Telehealth often sits as a high-utility add-on beside medical and other benefits. We design it so employees know when to open the app versus when to seek in-person or emergency care.
Who is this for along the corridor?
Employers in Killeen, Belton, Temple, Bell County, and the Austin corridor who want faster access to everyday care questions without replacing their medical plan.
