Evidence before recommendation
Resources
Each guide starts with the reader's decision, uses direct official sources for material claims, and stays in draft until human review is complete.
How the library is reviewed
Raku resources are written to support a decision, not to increase page count. Every article must have a tracked research packet, visible sources, clear role boundaries, an educational notice, and a route for corrections or source updates.
Material claims about eligibility, enrollment, coverage, tax treatment, employer duties, Medicare, or product rules begin with current official sources. The policy, plan document, statute, regulation, agency guidance, contract, and responsible professional still control the individual situation.
What draft status means
A draft has not been approved for publication. It may still need source review, language review, compliance review, or an updated fact check. Public builds exclude draft articles. A local review build can include them so reviewers can inspect the complete page and its disclosures.
No guide guarantees coverage, approval, availability, rates, premiums, savings, compliance, or an outcome. Site content is general education, not individualized insurance, legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, payroll, HR, or plan-administration advice.
