Matt’s role

Matt Ragudo leads the Raku advisory conversation. He can help define the decision, organize facts, explain known tradeoffs within Raku’s role, identify missing questions, coordinate agreed communication, and follow through on Raku commitments.

Matt does not claim through Raku to deliver legal, tax, accounting, payroll, HR, medical, payment, plan-administration, carrier, claims, underwriting, or other partner-owned services. An outside party remains responsible for its agreed work, advice or representations, documents, implementation, and administration under its own agreement. Carrier and plan terms and decisions remain with the applicable carrier or plan. No outcome is guaranteed.

WIMPER and partner coordination

WIMPER is a separate, partner-owned service. Matt may help decide whether a WIMPER conversation belongs in a Quality of Spend review and coordinate an introduction with permission. The WIMPER team remains responsible for its agreed program analysis, representations, proposals, implementation, administration, and outside relationships under its own agreement.

The same principle applies to every referral or coordinated introduction. Coordination does not create a guarantee, endorsement of every statement, or transfer of professional responsibility.

Sources, dates, and corrections

Raku seeks to use official sources for regulated and material factual claims. Rules, guidance, plan documents, products, and web pages can change. A source link shows the basis for a statement at the time of review, not that the source or summary will remain current forever.

Resource drafts receive source and language review before publication. Draft status is not approval. To report an error, request a source update, seek credit, or raise a removal concern, use Corrections.

Third-party links

A link to an official agency, provider, partner, or other site is offered for context. Raku does not control that site’s content, security, accessibility, privacy practices, availability, or later changes. Review the responsible party’s current documents before acting.
